The Onset Board of Trustees would like to announce that apartment #1 is available for rent. The lease is normally from July 1 through June 30 but the apartment can be occupied earlier. This is a one bedroom and one bath apartment with basement storage and a shared laundry room. The Board would like to open this apartment first to an elderly couple or elderly single person.
